He spent many years teaching 5th grade before discovering the joys of teaching\u00a0 2nd grade while in Douala, Cameroon.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"299\" data-end=\"581\">He values the opportunity to help shape the citizens of tomorrow and believes that by planting seeds of knowledge, respect, and listening in the classroom, teachers can play a part in making the world a better place.
