FAA FAMILIES REFERRAL PROGRAM

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

In a few simple steps:

• Refer prospective families to our schools
• Complete the referral form. Both the referrer (the referring family) and the referee (the family being introduced) should complete and sign the form.
• Send the signed form to Kalyana Marechal, our Admissions Director at anytime during the Admissions process, but no later than 15 days after the submission of the enrollment form.
• The referrer and the referee will both receive* the reward once both below conditions are met:

1. The newly enrolled family has paid the enrollment charges**
2. The new student has attended more than 14 days of school. 

Please note that:

* $1,000 is rewarded for a 10-month enrollment from September to June 

** Enrollment charges: Application fees + New student fees + Insurance fees + Computer insurance fees (Middle School only) + optional ESL/FSL fees (based on applicants assessment)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

• The program is applicable for the academic school years of 2025-26 and 2026-27. 
• Rewards will be calculated pro rata temporis, both for the referrer and the referee

For example

If you refer a family who enrolls on November 1st, your reward will calculated as follow:

• Basis for a full reward: $1,000 for an enrollment from September through June (10 Months)
• New family’s enrollment from November through June => 8 Months
• Actual reward: $1000 x 8/10 = $800 

• For the referrer, the number of referrals you can generate is not limited, so you can earn your multiple rewards. 
• The program does not apply to the referral of FAA Staff who wish to enroll their children.
• The referral form can be addressed to the FAA Director of Admissions at any time during the Admissions process, but no later than 15 days after the submission of the enrollment form.
