Alexandra has been teaching PK for the last 14 years. She first started teaching PK in Egypt, where she and her family lived for 5 years. She is starting her 9th year at the FAA, and this year, she is taking on a new role as pedagogical coordinator of our Pre-K and K program in Englewood. She is passionate about early childhood development in a bilingual setting, speaks 4 languages herself, and wishes to share her love for the arts as she earned her Masters Degree in History of the Arts and Archeology.Alexandra has extensive expertise in the “Cahiers de Progres”, a major tool used in PK and K. Here, students are encouraged to take ownership of their learning and can independently monitor their own progress over the year.
